As she was running and running through hospital halls, she threw herself on the ground, the look on her face, her composure broke down, catching her head in her hands as she wept and screamed out his name as she flew to her feet, into a doctors arms, he said
"my condonlences, there was nothing we could do, i have terrible news" and then he walked away into the long and cold hospital halls. no i refuse to believe that you're gone, will i ever see you again, i guess i never know, but i still pray, we'll meet again, you and i and we'll share brighter days, two paramedics exit the hospital, a man in their gurney and he's berely breathing, i know what they're thinking, is there still hope here for him? and oh god is there still hope? strapped in the ambulance the siren is sounded while he's driven around and they arrive where they found him open the doors, they're taking him out as they undo the strapps he's slowly placed to the ground removing their needles, pains getting deeper, the ambulance leaves and he sees death getting clearer, he's losing blood, let me go home, all that i ask, oh god no, but i am a fighter and i will not die here, adversity won't extinguish my fire, he thinks of his wife, his young daughter too, he's asking for strength allowing him to get through, i just saw her face i'd do anything if i could hold her again, oh heaven forbid in that moment, facing his father, welcoming him, this is the ever after, leaving the scene and driving out of the street, it's 9.23 and it's a beautiful day, thinks of his dreams, his wife and his kid, "how is a man like me blessed with all this", he arrives at the school yard, his daughter jumps in the car, heading home now, three more blocks, pulling into the driveway, walking through the door frame, his wife says goodbye, gives him a kiss and i'll miss you today my dear as he continues up stairs, climbs into bed first removing his suit, running ten minutes late reassuring himself that everything will be ok, it will be okay, eyes shut now, i'm lost in a dream and i see you leaning over me as you say i'll never lose you, the love we have will never fade i know that this dreams not real and how the heart decives the brain, i woke it's a beautiful day and my thoughts are with you now they've never left you, if you were here i hope i'd make you proud of who i am today, and i think of you when i'm losing strength we'll meet again, you and i we'll meet again and we'll share brighter days
